Payment
An initial payment of £50 must accompany the booking
form, which is non refundable. The outstanding balance must be paid in
full 8 weeks prior to the course start date. A refundable security
deposit mus also be paid to the value of £100 per person 8 weeks prior
to the couse date, which will be refunded back to you within 10 working
days of the completion of the course - after we have accounted for any
breakages, shortages or damage during the period of the course.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel the booking, you must inform us
immediately by telephone, followed by written confirmation. In such
circumstances we reserve the right to recover the charges as follows:
4/8 weeks notice - 50% of the total costs
Less than 4 weeks notice - 75% of the total costs
The amount of the security deposits you have paid will
be refunded back to you in full.
In the event that we are forced to cancel your booking
due to events outside our control, we reserve the right to cancel the
booking at any time and will only be liable to refund monies already
received by us from you.
(NB. We strongly recommend that you take out Travel
Insurance with a cancellation clause, which may enable you to recover
non-refundable payments.)
Care of the property
In the event of any breakages, losses or damage to
the property please inform us immediately. You may be liable to pay the
full cost of any breakages, losses or damages to the property.
Holiday Insurance
We strongly recommend that you and all the members of
your party purchase an adequate insurance policy for the duration of
your stay.
Safety
Please observe the safety rules listed in the
information book provided in the property.
It should be noted that the house has several levels and
is sadly unsuitale for the visually-impaired or seriously disabled.
Special requriements
Should you have any speial requirements, you will be
able to detail these on the booking form. We will endeavour to meet
your needs, however, certain requests may incur additional charges and
certain requests may, unfortunately be unavailable. We will contact you
with the specific details following receipt of you booking form.
